Cross compile Tier3(mipsel-unknown-linux-uclibc) error about xargo

I tried the next old version， rustup toolchain install nightly-2020-08-26, compiled successfully.

Is there anything compatible with the new version?

Are you using the latest xargo, v0.3.23?

If someone can figure out what is going on, I'd be happy to review a PR, but xargo is not being developed any more and I don't know anything about cross-compiling so I am afraid I can't be of much help here.
