Output is reset when changing system output audio setting

This issue is also present in the original code. Have you some idea to fix this?

Steps:

Choose any output device in the app and start play through.
In system settings, change the default output.

Result:
App output is somehow modified and this error is reported:

random crash happen in some computers

Hi , thank you for this project I have problem in some macOS devices when run this project and play through I using project like this HAL --> play through ---> headphone
Note: this crash in some devices and random
