Postman environments ファイル作成機能

- JS オブジェクトで Postman Environments ファイルを設定できるように実装
現状
- newman library でenvironments ファイル（json）をインポートする
- 外部のファイルを読み込んでるフローなので、管理がやりにくいこと
改善
- JS オブジェクトで設定ファイルみたいに環境情報（Environments）を設定できるようにする
- ソースコードとして git で管理やりやすいこと
pm.test の別途管理

- API 通信後、レスポンスのpm.testを別途に管理するようにする
- pm.test がエクスポートした Collection ファイルに文字列としてあるため、管理が難しいこと
- 各リクエストごとに pm.test を管理できるようにする
