Java-based software and GUI to automatically manage/database large numbers of files (e.g., images) in a transparent file structure and perform batch processing with standard tools (ImageJ, R, Octave, Weka).
I have a feeling it is due to the use of swing and particularly buffered images to draw to JPanels. There is a bunch of sclaing going on in the background that seems to be taking forever.
We need a function to "add" a dimension of length 1 to any object. So the args would be dimension name and dimension value.
We'd open the object. Read it in with the reader into a TreeMap. Create a new TreeMap with updated dimension information. Re-save the object with the writer and return.
I'm able to export a file list and run CellProfiler from JEX, but the only way to get it to finish is by closing JEX. The output data won't show up otherwise. Can you help me figure out why it's getting hung up on "Reading ARFF Done" (by the progress bar). You'll have to switch to the CellProfiler branch and look at CellProfiler.RunCellProfiler.java.
