MySQL upgrade throws stderror message
MySQL made a change in version 5.6.5 and is displaying a stderror now when the password is given on the command line: http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=66546
It seems like this breaks most of schmetatic's functionality.
Show how much time the individual steps take
Some SQL takes a loooong time. Would be nice if schematic counted just how long that is and displayed it on success, after each step. I know I can use time, but that counts the overall time, not per migration.
Should output errors to stderr
Our cronjobs on stage run migrations by default, but pipe stdout to devnull so they don't cause cronmail unless something is wrong.
Unfortunately schematic does not output errors to stderr, so even when something breaks, it never emails us :(
License
schematic needs a source license. Of course, I may just not have seen it?
