The URLify::transliterate() and URLify::downcode() methods should preserve the capitalization since they just perform the transliteration on its own, but URLify::filter() is meant for converting text into strings for use in URLs, so it has all the extras like converting to lowercase, adding dashes between words, stripping out shorter words, and cropping the text to a max length.

If you need the other extras in URLify::filter(), what you could do is extend the URLify class and implement a custom method (or override ::filter()) that works exactly the way you need. Hope that helps!
