Just stubbing a small web project that can be built on or forked for an upcoming hackathon

this includes a:

• react w/ TS + vite frontend
• node and express BE
  • this connects to a mongodb instance
• fastapi service - TODO in case anyone likes python

1. copy the contents of .env.sample into a .env file in the root and get values
2. docker compose build
3. docker compose up
