Sub-folders scan

As suggested by @gnestor in this issue,
I suggest to make the search go through any level, deeper than just jupyter 'home' - that would be very appreciated.

select-all checkbox doesn't obey filter

The select-all checkbox on the tree page still selects all items in the directory, without reference to the filter - I just ran into this by accidentally deleting a whole bunch of stuff I hadn't meant to. Thankfully most of my stuff was under version control, but this could easily turn int a major headache for people...
