Hi there!

First of all - thanks for publishing open source software with MIT License, I love not having to do everything on my own :).
Sadly I am getting an exception when I'm trying to use the serializer.Deserialize(stream) from the example on the README;

System.TypeLoadException : The type "BinarySerialization.LastItemMode" in the Assembly "BinarySerializer, Version=5.6.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null" could not be loaded.

I have tried to include the BinarySerializer from
https://github.com/jefffhaynes/BinarySerializer
by hand but I couldn't find the 5.6.0.0 ... so I tried the 8.6.2.2 and some 5.8.x but I kept getting another exception then:
MissingMethodException: "void BinarySerialization.FieldAlignmentAttribute..ctor(Int32)".

Can you help me with this?
