if someone passes ng-tether-constraints="{blah: 'blah'}" it should work.

if an option is changed, call tetherHandle.updateOptions with the changed options

bower.json lists the main file as ng-tether.js, so jl-tether.js will get missed by some build processes without explicitly overriding it.

The file bower.json still has ng-tether.js listed as it's main entry point. It would be nice to update the property to jl-tether.js, so that it could play nice when paired with something like wiredap.

Could you please update Tether dependency to it's latest release?

Looks like an awesome library. I'm a little hesitant to use it because it uses the ng- prefix. Can we just take out this prefix or choose a different prefix? Using the ng- prefix gives the impression that this directive is built and supported by the Angular team, which I assume is not the case.

I have a tethered element which is attached to the header of View 1 which sticks to the top of the window when scrolled down. When changing view to View 2, the tethered attachment sticks around and doesn't disappear. It goes away when View 2 is scrolled.

I think that's because changing view is happening within the single page application's html file and actual scroll didn't happen.

Please let me know how to reset tether when changing views.
