Avec une légende et un texte alternatif :

Image qui apparaît quand on passe la souris sur un texte (avec le package tippy) :

Lancez le logiciel QGIS. Ouvrez un projet : <u id = 'menuprojet'>Menu Projet → Ouvrir</u>.
