Doc generation doesn't work
The make docs target doesn't work which also means that the link https://github.com/jenkins-x-plugins/jx-registry/blob/master/docs/cmd/jx-registry.md in README.md doesn't work.
Lifecycle policy for cache repos
It would be nice to have another variable (eg. ECR_CACHE_LIFECYCLE_POLICY) so that a diffrent lifecycle policy can be applied to the /cache repos.
