For some reason this plugin doesn't work for me unlike https://github.com/protonet/jquery.inview which works perfectly. Here's the code that I use:

    $('.hand-movements-minimized').scrollPoint();
    $(document).on('scrollPointEnter', '.hand-movements-minimized', function() {
        console.log('scroll point entered');
    });

    $('.hand-movements-minimized').bind('inview', function() {
        console.log('inview entered');
    });

inview entered appears when scrolling over the right element but scroll point entered never appears.

What do you think of adding npm support?

I think npm could be great, it could really simplify the usage of this plugin.
I not a big fan of bower, since those who have bower have npm.

It seems that most of the jQuery plugins use lower case letters.
What do you think about changing the project name and the main file?

Project: jquery-scroll-point or jquery-scrollpoint
Main file: jquery.scroll-point.js or jquery.scrollpoint.js

Apparently, the hyphens are rarely used as separator in jQuery plugin names, but they improve readibility.
