JQuery Timeline

- Shows a simple yearly timeline
- Shows specific dates called milestones (missing)
- Each date shows a popup with specific information (missing)

- Will include selection of date range using ui.slider
- Will include selection of month range by clicking the name of the month

TO DO:
*add year selection
*add leap year
*add gpl license, headers
*test in other OS

Currently tested in windows: explorer 8, opera 9, firefox 3, chrome 2
