Use serialization instead of archiving in clipboard.m

To load & save data from existing files currently uses an NSKeyedArchiver.
But I'm afraid if I changes the Clipboard class, NSKeyedArchiver will fail.
Therefore, it should use class-independent serialization instead.

Move all TODOs and FIXMEs to here.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Look at the source code.
2. There are some comments with TODO: or FIXME:
3. They're not found here.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
These issues should be placed in the issue tracker, not the source code.

Support .cin files

<a="http://www.yale.edu/chinesemac/pages/input_methods.html#cin">.cin</a>
is an input method description format mainly used in OpenVanilla.

When .cin is supported, tons of popular Chinese input methods e.g. 倉頡
(Changjie), 速成 (Quick), Cantonese will be immediately available.

.cin support is not available in version 0.0. It should be added in version
0.1.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch to copy/paste "keyboard"
2. Switch to Templates
3. Place text in templates clipboard (using any method)
4. Switch to Clipboard view
5. Switch back to Templates.

What is the expected output? What do you see
instead?
Previously copied templates should be there but they
disappear.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clicking on a password field while hclipboard is displaying
2. Attempting to switch to hclipboard keyboard while in password field

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the hclipboard to show up while in the password field.

Documentation for more complex cases (combining layout.plist with input managers)

I'm trying to combine a layout.plist with an input manager.

Here's the relevant plist:

{
    CFBundleDisplayName = GreekOrestis;
    "UIKeyboardLayoutClass" = "layout.plist";
    "UIKeyboardInputManagerClass" = OMGreekInputManager;
    CFBundleExecutable = OMGreekInput;
}

This displays the desired layout, but I never see any corrections. If I change
layout.plist to
'=en_US' then I get corrections, but of course not the layout. Is there a way
to combine these two
together?

Fringes! Fringes! Color Fringes!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Construct a flexible image using GUImageCreateWithCaps
2. Sometimes color fringes will appear.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

No color fringes should appear.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

I have tried disabling anti-aliasing and lower the interpolation quality
but both does not help. I can't deliver a product with such a bad rendering
result.

Support popup/shiftedPopup and label/shiftedLabel in layout.plist

As titled. Code has been there already, it's just the interpreter missing.

Adding this allows combining characters to be typed.

("label" is the text shown on the key, "popup" is the text popped up when
the key is pressed down (before variants are shown). "text" is the string
sent out.)

Implement ⌘ (Command)

Currently to select a range of text you need to use "Select from here..."
and "Select to here and copy". This is not very intuitive for new users.
The MagicPad style selection (http://magicpad.proximi.com/video.php) may be
added to ℏClipboard for better short range selection support.

It should also detect the presence of Clippy, CopierciN and MagicPad to
avoid incompatibility.

Enable iKeyEx keyboards on install

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install any iKeyEx keyboards through Cydia
2. Discover that the keyboard is not enabled by default.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should be enabled by default. The current situation is problematic.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
This can solved by adding a preinst script with content

  iKeyEx-KBMan add <inputModeName>

and add the "add" option that to the iKeyEx-KBMan source.

Foreground image of high characters spills off to previous image.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a layout.plist with a row (..., L, Ö, ...).
2. Press on the L key.
3. Observe there's two dots below L.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

There shouldn't be anything below L. The two dots "spills off" from the top
of Ö.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Change -[NSString drawAtPoint:withFont] to -[NSString drawInRect:withFont:]
in drawInRect() of common.m probably can solve the problem.

Suggestion : Douple Pressure Point Keyboards

Since iKeyX is becoming the weapon of choice for iphone localization I was
wondering if its possible to include a non-ordinary layout.

If we separate the buttons while keeping the layout visibly the same and
making each button act as two in the Input Manager we could have fast and
efficient dual characher type input, based on where the finger lands. This
can be used for special charachers in non latin languages,or just plain
caps for those too lazy to press shift.

Since its easier to observe it in action than to take a look at the
screenshot i have posted highligthing in red/yellow the 2 diffirent
pressure points while keeping the artwork the same.

In my example the Letter q could be inserted as q if the finger presses on
the yellow area and Q if it presses on the Upper Area..

The idea was implemented in ancient 1.1.3 days so it shouldn't be
hard, considering the flexibility of mobile substrate.

To see a video of it in action on 1.1.3 iphone, where it was used for
Localization purposes check out this video on youtube..

implement autocorrect toggling in hclipboard

This may be outside the scope of hclipboard, but could you consider adding
a button that toggles autocorrection? I find myself wishing I could toggle
it more easily than going into settings. Thanks for the great app, look
forward to seeing more from you, since you are obviously an active and
prolific developer.

Order of copied text and templates

Add classic button "edit", or other method like a swipe etc. and hClipboard
show a classic "three lines drag icons" like phone favorites and
winterboard modules for order the list of clipboard and templates.

This is useful for templates, for have the favorites on top of the list
when its are added later.

More supported dictonaries

I currently rebuilt the AZERTY layout, in 5 different languages. They are
exactly the same, the only difference is that they support different
dictionaries. Problem is, iKeyEx doesn't seem to support different
languages. If I want to use the Dutch autocorrection dictionary, like
nl_NL, it's just not recognized i.e. nothing is being auto corrected.

Is there a workaround or can you add these to iKeyEx?
Thanks!

Combining characters

The Greek alphabet has a total of 24 characters. However, some of those
characters can get
diacritical marks. In modern Greek, the diacritical marks that are still in use
are: “oxia”, “dialytika”
and “dialytika tonos”.
free_diacritics)

Would it be possible for someone to create an iKeyEx keyboard with the
capability to insert
combined characters? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Combining_diacritical_mark).
This capability is
already offered with the official Korean keyboard, some of those characters can
be combined.

Some people love writing with one hands, but they have difficult with a

With this project you can write infinity type of keyboard.

Can you creare a classic phone keyboard style?

1. Click once: "a"
2. Double click: "b"
3. Triple click: "c"

1 second of delay.

Remove the dot between the number and text.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Copying some text puts it in the clipboard list, with a stylized number, a
white dot, space, and then some text. IMO the dot and space is clutter,
and because the dot's the same color as the text, one wonders if the dot
and space is part of the copied text. Removing the dot will improve the
interface.

iKeyEx Switch & Toggle

Why you not insert a iKeyEx status switch in the preferences panel?

With this the user can disable iKeyEx keyboards, even if are enabled in the
keyboards settings and have only the iPhoneOS keyboards enabled.

With this you can create a SBSETTINGS & BOSSPREFS toggle for disable\enable
quckly.

Enable the International button (Globe) for Secure Text entries

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on a secure text field (password field).
2. Observe that the International button is disabled in most time.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The International button should be enabled regardless of security of the

be used on that field. In particular, you cannot use ℏClipboard to paste

Support cutting in ℏClipboard

Currently ℏClipboard only supports copying. But cutting
and deleting a range/whole text is also important.

Due to limitation of size and to keep the interface not
bloated with options, it's better not to add new toolbar
buttons. Instead, I'd suggest adding a long press action
to the "copy" and "select to here and copy" option where
the "variants" cut & delete will be shown.

Enhancement: "Select Mode" button

What a great tool, I think it would be improved if you can select text, I
was thinking: "select mode" toggle button: press and the button will be
highlighted, indicating to the user that the text from where the cursor
currently is to wherever he/she moves the cursor will be selected (user
will be able to move multiple times until he gets the selection he wants).
Then press the button again to turn off this mode (but keep the
selection), afterwards the user can cut/copy/paste over the selected text.

Should be doable shouldn't it? :)

I was in the starting stages of doing a similar project (create a new
keyboard that does copy/paste instead of simple input), but you got there
first, congrats, great work.
