user can choose a workout from index page (previously generated workouts that have been saved) or have one randomly generated based on a time domain.
hopper object determines how many movements (based on time domain) --> x number of movement instances created
each movement has an ideal rep range (stored as attribute) --> hopper chooses number in rep range and assigns to movement
