Figure out what we need for the release and make it happen.

Service relies heavily on sync.Mutex and sync.RWMutex now. There are almost certainly deadlock possibility. We should make subscription service non-blocking.

A minor issue: when you made the sub/unsub shortcuts, the full versions stoped working.
Now you can't use tab to auto-fill the command.
Is it possible to have both /sub and /subscribe work?

All #thread and info messages should be with sound, while others should not.

It's hard to find past threads.
Possible solutions:

1. when subscribing send a message with the name of the thread
2. add a bot command that shows the names of last 10-20-50 threads (or just forwards their first messages from the channel)

Telegram does not support webm link previews. We should convert it to mp4 and send it that way.

Current implementation is a little buggy but I'm not sure what we can do about it for now. It works kinda OK (and stopped crushing the bot) so I don't see this as a requirement for v1.0.0 release.

Allow for listening for specific posts on imageboards.

Start using new modules from github.com/jfk9w-go.
