Typo in chapter 2 of ver 1.3

in line 7, of chapter 2 ver 1.3 which is
"number will be copied. But, defining the type that the pointer points to permits a number of other interesting ways a compiler can interpret code. For example, consider a block in memory consisting if ten integers"

the "if ten integers" would be "of ten integers"

PDF: Chapter 6 missing from table of contents and page 29 heading

Thanks for the great LaTeX and Markdown conversions of this classic. In the PDF, Chapter 6 is missing in the table of contents as well as the heading which I believe is due to a missing \subsection in ch6x.tx
