Fix base layout class

CONTAINER_FLUID_CLASSNAME and CONTAINER_CLASSNAME are constants, not config keys
Insert row into container before moving elements inside it
Add row classname into constants file

Make ./src/constants.js export constants individually, not as keys to a single object

Create separate package.json commands for dev and production builds

yarn build should use webpack.config.js
yarn build:prod should use webpack.config.prod.js
