Program Crash after Zip file delete

The program crashed after deleting a zip file and record.

I think this occurred from within the zip file editor.

Zip files will not open.

Describe the bug
When the user tries to open a zip file, an error message appears.

To Reproduce

1. Open Packages tab.
2. Select a ZIP file.
3. Click Open.

The error message appears.

Expected behavior
A new window should appear, showing the root level ZIP contents.

7zip Archive window show wrong path after drilling down

Describe the bug
After drilling down from the root of a 7zip archive, the wrong path is shown.

Unable to Clone Wiki Locally

Describe the bug
When I try to clone a wiki of one of my projects locally using Github Desktop, I get an error message stating, "We couldn't find that repository. Check that you are logged in, the network is accessible, and the URL or repository alias are spelled correctly."

To Reproduce

1. Open Github project wiki page at https://github.com/jgyo/PluginManager/wiki
2. Click on the copy button by "Clone this wiki locally."
   
3. Open Github Desktop.
4. Check login status at File/Options under Accounts.
   
5. Close Options.
6. Press Ctrl-Shift-O to open Clone a repository.
7. Click the URL tab.
8. Click in the URL field.
9. Press Ctrl-V to paste the wiki repository address.
   
10. Click the Clone button.

Expected behavior
The operation should clone wiki documents locally.

Window Positioning

Windows should open near the window from which they are opened. Ex. the About window should centered on the main window.

Wrong name given on main window title

Describe the bug
The main window is titled MSFS Folder Manager

Expected behavior
The main window should be titled, Program Manager.

To Reproduce

1. From the packages tab, select a zip file.
2. Click Open. (A Zip Archive window opens.
3. Select a folder to install.
4. Click Install.
5. An error message appears.
   
   

Expected behavior
The folder should be installed in the Community folder.

Wrong install date recorded during synchronization

Describe the bug
All community folders receive an "install date" of "12/31/1600 6:00:00 PM."

Expected behavior
Community folders should receive an install date equal to their "Date Modified" field.

Program crashes trying to delete ZIP file

Describe the bug
When you select and try to delete a zip file on the Packages tab, the program will crash.

To Reproduce

1. Open the Packages tab on the main menu.
2. Select a zip file.
3. Click Delete.

The program window will close, and nothing is deleted.

Expected behavior
A choice should be given to delete the record, the archive file, or both.

Zip File Delete Option Causes Program Crash

Describe the bug
After selecting to delete selected records, the program window closed.

To Reproduce

1. From the Packages tab, select some zip file records.
2. Click Delete.
3. Select "Only delete Database records."
4. Click OK.
5. The program window disappears.

Expected behavior
The program should delete the selected records.

Some fields contain erroneous data in the Folder Information Editor

Describe the bug
If no zip file is specified in the Folder Information Editor, the plugin name and version fields show erroneous data.

Logging Level

The logging level should be selectable even if logging is currently disabled because logging can be enabled from the main menu.

About Box Icon

The About window needs its own non-generic icon.

Program crashes after clicking on Synchronize

Describe the bug
A program crash occurs after clicking on the Synchronize button after initial installation.

To Reproduce

1. Install Plugin Manager 1.0.0 Beta.
2. Start the program by clicking on the desktop shortcut.
3. Click on the Synchronize button.
4. Program crashes.

Expected behavior
The program should not crash.

Work Around
Do not click on Synchronize button until the Setup page information has been completely supplied.

Logging Enabled Menu Item

The Logging Enabled menu item under Logging is not checked after turning logging on in the Settings window.
