it's calling chrt, so it needs root permissions.
Consider installing it in /usr/sbin/

Add Uninstall to the make file

Just installed, and run it without arguments as regular user. Ubuntu 14.04.
This is the output:

Change the path in the Makefile to: UDEV_DIR = $(DESTDIR)/lib/udev/rules.d

Make sure that it raises the priority of the right thread when there are multiple devices on the same irq.
