mark books as unread/new

From @GoogleCodeExporter on November 22, 2015 10:32

Reported by fbuescher, Feb 17, 2012
It would be nice if all books, that where never opened, are marked as new, so
that one can see, what to read next, if there are many new books.

Comment 1 by fbuescher, Feb 17, 2012
sorry, this should be an enhancement, not a defect.

Comment 2 by project member andyaspellclark, Feb 18, 2012
Yep, I agree, I'll get round to this as soon as I can.

Nook STG collections list screen not working.

From @GoogleCodeExporter on November 22, 2015 10:32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Touch Collections button with 1 or more collections/shelves on device

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to go to listing of Collection, instead the screen flashes and stays on
the homepage.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.0.0.04 on Nook Simple Touch Glowlight (rooted with GlowNooter 1.12.25
- Android 2.1)

Please provide any additional information below.
1. With no collections/shelves on the device it will go into the blank
collections list screen.
2. Collections 1 and 2 in preferences work fine.

CoverFlow screen

From @GoogleCodeExporter on November 22, 2015 10:32

Reported by project member Rainer.Lang, Jan 3, 2012
just an idea for a coverflow homescreen with book data showing.

At the top there the user can define a collection to show.
See the three covers - maybe it's possible to show more than 3.

The bigger cover in the middle is the book which will show the book data (all
collections, filename, summary,... all user-defined).
There is also a button "read book" which will open the book for reading.

Actions:
If the user taps on a small cover left or right of the middle - this cover/book
will go to the middle and shows the data.

I think this homescreen can also be combined with a listview of the books.
Instead of the covers at the top it will show a list with book titles.
I also think this is an "easy" way to show book-metadata.
