ld: framework not found FLACiOS

how to fix this error

Trying to build this with current Xcode (10) and get this:

error: unable to attach DB: error: accessing build database "/Users/me/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/FLACiOS-eaqvkdlwvrfwogdxeovjvtzrghha/Build/Intermediates.noindex/ArchiveIntermediates/Framework/IntermediateBuildFilesPath/XCBuildData/build.db": database is locked Possibly there are two concurrent builds running in the same filesystem location.

/FLACiOS-master/libFLAC/src/libFLAC++/metadata.cpp:276:4: Use of undeclared identifier 'assert'

Xcode 4.4 reports this error in 'ogg_encoder_aspect.h':

Lexical or Preprocessor Issue
'ogg/ogg.h' file not found

the framework is not working on ios 7
Does anyone know what may be the problem?

Building and integrating in another project for iOS works like a charm, but I am trying to build this framework for tvOS and it's failing on this error message:

xcodebuild: error: SDK "iphoneos9.1" cannot be located. Command /bin/sh failed with exit code 64

I do not have a lot of experience with xcode, so it's all a bit of trial and error, but the steps I am currently taking are:

• select latest tvOS (tvOS 9.1) in Base SDK dropdown
• select tvOS in Supported Platforms dropdown

Not sure whether or not this is a bug or that I am missing something important..
