I don't seem to be able to use your module in python 2.7.

Throws the error:

File "build/bdist.macosx-10.10-x86_64/egg/plainstream/parser.py", line 37, in
ImportError: No module named request

Python 2.7.8 (default, Nov 5 2014, 11:07:59)

I believe the below in your documentation section should say:

plainstream

import plaintext
for line in plaintext.get_text('en'):
print(line)
