Personal site + blog. Glossy black, cyan/mint...

When I was younger, I built a site called dajwebs i e-mailed all my homework to myself to dajwebs.com (no live now...i re-upped it thejewbs but my personal site is not being upkept right now of my past at jimsbr.com i may push a 2.0 there idk,

Point is, before I'd go on to build a lot of other stuff i really enjoyed the colors there as dark black and cyan for that. I also designed several other community websites before becoming more technical after age 8-12 when I was fascinated by full-stack development.

This also has a three.js slapstick singularity on the front door.

"I'm the one without an ASI alignment statement, I'm not sure yet — get back to me later. I'm a student of singularities that are all getting near, enjoi." — jim.

Structure

index.html → landing page (three.js particle vortex)
blog/index.html → blog index
blog/lilacs-out-of-the-dead-land-pt-2/ → article preview (full version on Substack)
blog/AquaReview/ → X article mirror with embedded reshares

Notes

  • The original XarticleTestWithMedia repo is untouched and stays live at https://jimbrend.github.io/XarticleTestWithMedia/ — it is linked from the blog, not moved. It was linked externally when posting that article that lives on another company's X account post that reshared it directly, so the URL won't break.
  • Some previous articles are published at https://jimsuley.substack.com — the blog carries previews.
