`in` doesn't work as expected when `read_blindly=True`

The __contains__ method for a cloud mapping currently just proxies the __contains__ method for the underlying etag dictionary, however this means there is no (simple) way to check if a key exists in the cloud, and is counter intuitive when read_blindly=True.

Subdirectories are sometimes incorrectly included

I suspect this has something to do with Hierarchical Namespaces being enabled, and how prefixes are applied with listing.

In the above images, the first element is only a subdirectory (ie not a file/blob), it should not appear in the etags/cloudmapping.
