This repository contains the code and data necessary to reproduce the results presented in our paper titled Space-Time Causal Discovery in Climate Science: A Local Stencil Learning Approach by J. Jake Nichol, Micahel Weylandt, Diana Bull, G. Matthew Fricke, Melanie E. Moses, and Laura P. Swiler.
Stores work completed on concept case studies, such as tutorials, tool testing, and general learning exercises. Much of the work may be copied directly from blogs and nline tutorials.
