countdown timer - run only 1 at a time

need to add a fix so that the countdown timer only runs 1 time per person

Failed Custom python logging

Caused by line 21 in main.py

#logging.basicConfig(level=logging.INFO, filename='/var/log/sagerecovery/logging.debug', filemode='a', format='%(asctime)s - %(name)s - %(levelname)s - %(message)s')

It is a permissions issue caused by redirecting the logging.debug file and python logging handlers user does not have r/w permissions to the folder where it is being "redirected" too. Need to figured out how to fix this.
