memcached-elasticache's Issues

Setting timeouts on commands

Is there a way to set a timeout on the cache commands?
Currently, my code calls SetTimeout() in order to cancel waiting for the cache after some period of time.
Is there any other way to do it?

end() method does not close connections

Tested with NodeJs 8.x and 10.x in AWS Lambda and local Ubuntu.
It appears the end() method does not close connections at all - it still is possible to get/set without any problem which leads to unexpected behaviour such as lambda functions timing out while everything has been processed successfully and the final callback has been called.

Key not found in case of Clustered Enviroment

we have created cluster of 2 node , but falling to get value , but works fine when have 1 node
when i am getting string it working but when we have Object type then it returns NULL
