Templates pour le nouveau site du PLUG

Le formulaire de contact est OK pour un tout premier jet

Le design général utilise le plus possible les bonnes balises HTML5 (comme conseillé dans l'article http://html5doctor.com/designing-a-blog-with-html5/)

Il faut affiner l'utilisation de la balise `time`.
Elle peut contenir une date et heure, une date ou une heure.

Si des commentaires sont prévus pour le site, il faudra aussi penser à utiliser les balises et attributs adaptés pour les champs, …

Il y a un début de style visuel, mais il faut encore beaucoup retravailler :
* les tailles de polices
* les couleurs de liens survolés
* les marges de titres, paragraphes, …

Enfin, il faut vérifier les CLASS et ID des balises pour homogénéiser.
