Opens a file with today’s date using vim

-e/--ext=EXTENSION  default: md
-d/--delta=DAYS     e.g. +1 (tomorrow), -1 (yesterday)
-n/--noop           Only prints the file name-h/--help

Examples
today                      # vim 2020-06-22.md
today -eadoc -d+1          # vim 2020-06-23.adoc
today -ext=txt --delta=-1  # vim 2020-06-21.txt
today -ext=txt --delta=-1  # vim 2020-06-21.txt

Installation

fisher add jleeothon/fish-today

Relative dates are only tested on macOS. They are calculated using the -v parameter to date.
