- Install Tesseract as executable: https://digi.bib.uni-mannheim.de/tesseract/tesseract-ocr-w64-setup-5.3.3.20231005.exe
- Install poppler: https://github.com/oschwartz10612/poppler-windows/releases/download/v23.11.0-0/Release-23.11.0-0.zip
- Setup the 2 new PATH variables as user and admin of the routes of Tesseract-OCR and Poppler
- Open a Python virtual environment and install the requirements with: pip install -r requirements.txt
- Edit the variables in the main code and try the example
