raspi-k3s's Issues

Unable to install gitlab via helm on k3s due to issues with images and armhf

Problem

Recent attempts to run gitlab on k3s via the official helm charts and arkade identified an issue with a dependent helm chart not having an image that was compatible with armhf.

This can be re-created by following the existing guide to the creation of the k3s cluster then running arkade install gitlab.

Potential solution

I should explore switching to ubuntu server instead.

This would mean the pi's would run arm64 architecture which is drastically more compatible with images and should complete arkade install gitlab successfully.

Alternatively I could potentially find an armhf image for minio however I've been meaning to migrate to arm64 anyway so will proceed with Ubuntu Server.
