I know that's an old topic, but someone can be interested in a workaround. I'm currently creating a new JEA endpoint for a client with a lot of custom functions and I've wanted to provide a good help for those. Sadly, as you've described here, I received the famous 'cannot be found that matches parameter name 'Examples'' when I type Get-help -examples.

Here what I've done to make it work:

I just add in the role capability a new alias and I display the cmdlet trough Visible VisibleCmdlets

VisibleCmdlets = 'Get-Help'
AliasDefinitions = @{
'Name' = 'Get-Help'
'Value' = 'Microsoft.PowerShell.Core\Get-Help'
}
