Company Profile Creation

Companies can make basic profiles that include:

  • Logo
  • Short description
  • Link to thier website
  • Credit Card information

Candidate profile creation.

Talk to Darcy about what this should entail beyond the usual: name, work history, education background, skills, desired raise, etc.

Candidates can apply to jobs.

Once they've completed their raise, candidates can apply to jobs listed by companies. These are links on the company's profile, along with an Apply button next to the link.

Candidate/company signup.

Candidate and company signups should go through the same signup form. Whether someone is a candidate or representing a company should be a <select> option from that form.

Once they signup, a confirmation email is sent. A link in the confirmation email will send them to the relevant profile creation view.

Candidates can share a private donation link.

In order to donate to someone's raise, the candidate needs to send out a private link to potential donors. This is to prevent potential employers from seeing their raise ahead of time and using it to impact salary negotiations.

Company can post jobs.

The company should be able to post jobs on with embedded links to thier careers page.
