This script will reload after a random amount of time, between 1 and 5 seconds if the backpack.tf page loads with an error.

Use an extension which can execute userscripts (F.e. Tampermonkey for Chrome or Greasemonkey for Firefox) and then install using this link: backpack.tf error reloader.user.js.
