fix download for HelloWorld book

for testing use:

./windows/downloader.ps1 -downloadUrl "https://helloworld.raspberrypi.org/books/big_book_of_pedagogy/pdf" -outputDir "books"

add script to download the special-editions / books (Windows)

add a script which should be able to

• accept a list of urls
• download all the scripts, directly / or follow the forwarding as happening for MagPi and so on.
• should also work for Datenschleuder downloader and the HinterlandMagazine downloader

testing: run all tests in other projects

run automatic all tests in

  for every push to master / pull request
