The Lunar Deconstructor

Lunar Deconstructor is crafted with 10 lunar fragments of each type and 10 lunar bars at the Ancient Manipulator. On right clicking, the deconstruction UI opens. You can put in an unsealed lunar cube and an item to search for recipes. Then, you can choose which recipe you want to seal in the cube, for a price. Cubes can be unsealed with a right click, traded with players, works in multiplayer. Some items have failure rate in place, such as potions, flasks and lunar fragments. This is to avoid exploiting.

You can craft a Lunar Cube at the Lunar Deconstructor with 1 of any Lunar Fragment and 1 Lunar Bar. A 'Queer' Lunar Cube is crafted with 1 Lunar Cube and 1 of any Lunar Fragment at the Lunar Deconstructor. A Queer Lunar Cube can be sealed and unsealed without being destroyed, a Lunar Cube can be unsealed once before being destroyed. Queer Lunar Cubes are recognizable by their morphing colors.

The Lunar Deconstructor will show which cube is currently being handled (when one is put into the UI that is) Mod comes with fitting sound effects.

Multiplayer isn't handled properly

Currently, the tile entity doesn't sync properly (requires tml update)
Furthermore, the UI should be bound per-tile, so bound to the tile entity. This UI shouldn't be openable by other players when someone is using it, similar to vanilla chests.

Allow mods to set their own failure rate

Allow mods to set their own customized failure rates for when their items are deconstructed.

Do not always give 100% of the materials when unsealing

Suggested is that, the amount of materials given when unsealing a cube is more randomized. For example, between 70-100% of the initial sealed stack count could be given.

v0.1 Scrollbar won't scroll using mousewheel

Apparent issue.

UIList doesn't move view when using mousewheel to scroll.

Sound volume is really high

Several people suggested lowering overall volume of the SFX.

v0.1 Scrollbar doesn't respond on mouseclick

Scrollbar does not respond to mouseclicks, instead, the entire UI is moved.

v0.1 Vanilla interact item icon layer is skipped

Issue lies here: layers[insertLayer].Skip = insertLayer != -1 && deconGUI.IsMouseHovering;
This does not check if the UI is actually visible.
