notesegmentation's Issues

Modal src/library not found

I'm having trouble installing notesegmentation.

At some point in the installation process (python setup.py install/pip install -e .), cc fails to find modal/detectionfunctions.h (included by src/segmentation.h).

When I copy the modal headers over to src so that cc will find them, the installation process fails at the linking stage: ld: library not found for -lmodal.

Before attempting to install, I made sure that all dependencies were met, including modal. I followed the instructions and have tried to re-install it, but that didn't help either.

I'm on OS X 10.8.5.

What can I do? I would really like to make use of notesegmentation in my own research.
