I'm concerned that the image reading stuff for volumetric data is getting unwieldy,
re: passing atlas_dir arguments, etc.

Take a look and see if it can be simplified. Or, at least, add plenty of explanatory comments.

Have a text file in atlas folder with several standard information fields

Have a method in the atlas classes that prints this info to screen

Have a method in volumetric atlases that uses
nilearn plot_glass_brain to plot tract image
also optionally add roi outlines

Can have the same method for streamlinetric atlases;
generate density map first rather than
extracting image volume
