ggadt's Issues

Add ability to do mixed composition grains

  • Layered spheres + ellipsoids
  • User-specified material tags for grain agglomerates
  • Ability to do stochastic mixed composition grain agglomerates (i.e. user specifies volume fraction of different materials, ggadt randomly determines material of individual grain agglomerates)
  • Inclusions -- user specifies inclusion size, number of inclusions, and composition of inclusions

Configuration: do real check for getarg and get_command_argument

At the moment, the configure file only checks between iargc() and command_argument_account(..) and based on the results of those tests, infers the operability of getarg and get_command_argument. Future releases shouldn't be lazy, and should explicitly test whether the compiler recognizes getarg and/or get_command_argument.

Fix documentation compilation errors that occur from installing on Peyton systems
