Save the whole model file into database.

Currently we only save model file path, this may lead to some problems.
For example, if someone delete the model file without modify the database table, it crash.

設計一個介面讓user可以加入自定義的function。這樣可以無痛串接其他功能

I want to build a minimum first, so I can start to enhance. You can add other model for Procedure.

今天和 @r06921039 討論一下，覺得我們先把對接的地方都寫好，避免之後碰到一堆問題
所以我們會先把那些class跟裡面的function argument寫一下喔
