discord-api-command's Introduction

I still run my blog on GitHub pages and will continue to contribute to projects if they're hosted on GitHub, but for new personal projects I have moved to Codeberg.

Hi there πŸ‘‹

I am a both a hobbyist and professional programmer with a particular interest in the JVM and its languages (Java, Kotlin, Clojure). I also feel comfortable with Python and have basic knowledge of C, Rust and frontend web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). I have a general interest in functional programming and theoretical computer science.

In my spare time, I prefer writing libraries and tools for other programmers over applications with user interfaces. This reflects upon the majority of my open source projects.

discord-api-command's Issues

Base method

Hey,

Is there a base method (except for the message event) I could use which is being ran before all other commands?

I've been going after it for a while but it doesn't seem like there's something like that.

Kind regards

EDIT: Should've looked closer. CommandEvent is what I'm looking for, thank you

Multiple pre-defined args

Hey,

Hoping this will be looked at, I'm trying to make it so you can use multiple args using the same command. I don't know how to and I can't figure out how to accomplish this.

How would I make .example <option1 | option2> <choice1 | choice2>
So I can use .example option1 choice2 and .example option2 choice1 etc with different outcomes.

Thanks in advance,
Thana

@SubCommand args.length Abfragen

Ich bin gerade dabei von zekros Command System(JDA Tutorial) auf deine API zu wechseln und merke gerade, dass mir in den Abstract Commands eine SubCommand Argument Length Abfrage fehlt.

WΓ€re das machbar?
