libressl troubles

libressl builds but cannot link:

GDB. I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it!!!

LibreSSL package: vsyslog_r function is missing

The vsyslog_r function is missing. An empty stub may be used as a workaround:
void vsyslog_r(int pri, struct syslog_data *data, const char *fmt, va_list ap) {}

All packages are using mostly pristine sources, with modifications made only where needed, usually via environment and or make wrapper magic. This should be properly documented and easily publicly available in case I get hit by a bus or lose interest, both likely scenarios.

We have SSL! Time to enable SSL for packages!

We need SSL-enabled packages for:

wget
scrollz
rsync

We should also try to do curl and felinks now, too!

Some compiler specs updates needed?

I don't have __ELF__ or __LP64__ or __ia64__ defined - perhaps I should, per Dr. ...

Also advises there is IA64/AIX specifics things in Law's patch, which I avoided looking at.

Must investigate.
