Address security vulnerabilities

Add Redirect component

Create a Redirect component that will push a new state to the browser's history

The mount lifecycle hook does not get called when an element gets re-rendered

There are currently no error messages or error handling when exceptions are thrown. Kobra should gracefully handle these errors and display error messages

Add a TypeScript definition file so Kobra can be used in TypeScript projects

Fix production bundles

Improve build pipeline to correctly bundle the framework. It currently only includes a common JS bundle in the npm dist
