Body Roundness Index (BRI) Calculator

This project is a web-based calculator for the Body Roundness Index (BRI), a measure used to assess body shape and fat distribution. The calculator features a clean, responsive interface built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, following Google's Material Design principles.

Features

  • Calculate BRI based on height and waist circumference
  • Toggle between metric (cm) and imperial (inches) units
  • Responsive design that works on desktop and mobile devices
  • Provides health recommendations based on calculated BRI
  • Implements Material Design for a modern, user-friendly interface

BRI Interpretation

The calculator uses the following ranges to interpret BRI results:

  • Normal weight: BRI < 4.0
  • Overweight: 4.0 ≤ BRI < 5.0
  • Obese: BRI ≥ 5.0

Please note that BRI is one of many health indicators and should be interpreted in conjunction with other measures and professional medical advice.
