bonesuppression-using-autoencoder icon bonesuppression-using-autoencoder

Chest X-ray (CXR) is a widely performed radiology examination that helps to detect abnormalities in the tissues and organs. Detecting abnormalities may become difficult due to that they are obscured by the presence of bony structures like the ribs and the clavicles, thereby resulting in misinterpretations. By building a deep learning-based bone suppression model to identify and remove these occluding bony structures in frontal CXRs can assist in reducing errors in radiological interpretations.

flask-voting-app icon flask-voting-app

Created an online voting app with the help of Flask and created UI using Bulma.

fps-using-opencv icon fps-using-opencv

Using OpenCV for mouse control and demonstrating the use on a browser based First Person Shooter game

hard-hat-detection icon hard-hat-detection

Using Yolov5 to build a hard hat detection model, additionally changing the color of the bounding box according to the color of the detected hard hat

hibernatesqlpoc icon hibernatesqlpoc

repository with code implementation of Effective Hibernate and MySQL performance tuning

images icon images

Images that I use in the readme.mds

imaterialist-fashion--imagesegmentation- icon imaterialist-fashion--imagesegmentation-

Attempt at 'iMaterialist(Fashion)' Kaggle competition to develop algorithm that will help with an important step towards automatic product detection – to accurately assign segmentations and attribute labels for fashion images.

microserviceslandscape icon microserviceslandscape

Built microservices-based applications based on Java 17 and Spring Boot 3, and implemented various technologies used in building large-scale, real world microservices architecture.

mongokeycloakapi icon mongokeycloakapi

Simple REST API to perform CRUD operations using MongoDB as database, and keycloak for security purpose

rabbitmqpoc icon rabbitmqpoc

POC of rabbitMQ. Using rabbitMQ for async emails: Producer places an order, order gets added to queue and email is triggered when consumer consumes order from the queue. In case of failure/exception, message moves to dead letter queue.

transfer-learning---featureextraction- icon transfer-learning---featureextraction-

Treating networks as feature extractors, forward propagating images until a given layer, and then taking these activations and treating them as feature vectors. Using these feature vectors, we train an off-the-shelf machine learning model such a Linear SVM, Logistic Regression classifier, or Random Forest on top of these features to obtain a classifier that recognizes new classes of images.
