Provide maven artifact and repo

Currently it's really hard to depend on this plugin so it would be pretty nice if you could provide a maven artifact and repo. Easiest would be via github's packages or, if you don't want to build it yourself, at least provide a maven pom/gradle project to be able to automatically build it and install it to some repo.

ItemBridge Not Working?

Hey, Well I've been a server developer for a few months now, and our server is moving into Season 5, and well we use Quality Armory, and Mythic mobs, which is compatiable with each other but requires this plugin as a bridge to bridge the guns over, but when I download the plugin into the server, and restart the server. it doesn't generate the files, nor loads the server with it.
our plugins are as follow

yet ItemBridge is in the server. if you have any idea why it won't work. please let me know!
