Doing nothing ode rhs function changes the output

Consider the following function:

fn ode_rhs(y: &V, dy: &V, t: &f64, _: Any) _> Result<(), CalcError> {
    Ok(())
}

This will change results although nothing was specified for dy.
Expected behaviour would be to yield the same result every time.
