Add a progress bar at the bottom of the page to indicate reading progress.

Imbedding relies on connecting to twitter, which isn't great for privacy. It's also possible to lose formatting when uBlock is used. A screenshot solves both. The following posts have tweets:

In http://www.jonblack.me/the-state-of-linux-dual-monitor-support/ the first column is used as a header, but the styling is terrible. Fix this.

A list inside a quote isn't styled to match the quote, which looks odd. For example: http://www.jonblack.me/everyones-a-hacker/.

Add a template for pages.

In http://www.jonblack.me/give-developers-autonomy/ and http://www.jonblack.me/open-plan-offices-are-a-nightmare/ there are embedded TED talk videos.

The styling is terrible and it cannot be fixed with fitvids. It's also a privacy issue, bringing in all kinds of javascript.

How can I solve this? Can I upload videos to ghost?

Not all posts have tags and some tags aren't that great (e.g. career).

Add a homepage link to github. Perhaps also add icons to links?

Render mathematical formulas using mathjax.
